I highly recommend picking Dr. Germino as your future chiropractor because you will see results! In my case, anytime I would retract my shoulder, there would be a lot of crack sounds and I was always in pain. Dr. Germino used what is called rapid release therapy on my shoulder and after the first session, there was not a sound coming from my shoulder when I would retract it. I am still a work in progress because I still have pain, but not nearly as much as before.
